CoGrow, an initiative of BitWise Ventures Pvt. Ltd., is looking for proactive, ambitious individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, marketing, brand building, digital advertising, and startup strategy.

Work directly with the Founder’s Office and gain real-world exposure to building and scaling a growing business.

What We're Looking For:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship




- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with AI tools
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Availability for full-time, on-site work, 6 days a week

Prior experience is not mandatory. The right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
