About the role:
As a Relationship Manager at Recur Club, you will be the primary link between our clients and lending partners. You will own the client relationship from understanding funding needs, to closing the deal, to staying close through repayment and redeployment, acting as a co-founder-minded partner to founders and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement
• Identify and engage prospective clients to grow the Recur Club base.
• Assess funding needs, including quantum, pricing, security and use of funds.
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships as a strategic partner.

Deal and Lender Management
• Manage deal funnels across stages (Spark, Swift, Scale) and validate client data.
• Oversee engagement letters and deal one-pagers for accuracy and compliance.
• Present curated deals to lenders, coordinate documentation and escalate issues quickly.

Portfolio Monitoring and Retention
• Track repayments proactively,



with a focus on Early Warning Signals (EWS) and Days Past Due (DPD).
• Identify and secure repeat funding and redeployment opportunities.

Process and Realization
• Keep deal and client records accurate in HubSpot.
• Work with Operations on invoicing and timely collections.

Who Are You:
• 2-4 years of experience in venture debt or an NBFC, with proven client relationship or business development experience in debt financing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Robust grasp of financial products, with the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-driven, proactive approach.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and Microsoft Office.
