Role Description The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a roster of artists by overseeing their day-to-day professional activities and long-term career strategies. This full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai includes coordinating performance opportunities, managing schedules, negotiating deals, and supporting contract discussions in collaboration with legal and business teams. The Talent Manager will identify brand partnerships, content collaborations, and growth opportunities that align with each artist’s creative goals and market positioning. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with promoters, venues, platforms, agencies, and other stakeholders in the entertainment ecosystem. The Talent Manager will also monitor market trends, provide regular performance and career updates to artists, and ensure clear communication between artists and all relevant partners.
