Position Summary
The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications, backend services, APIs, and integration components that support RMF business and engineering systems. This role focuses on building secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET Core / C#, Microsoft Azure, Angular, and sound software engineering practices including design patterns, SOLID principles, automated testing, and Agile delivery methods.
The position works closely with product owners, architects, data engineers, QA engineers, front-end developers, and domain specialists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role contributes across the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and production support, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, tooling, security, and operational excellence practices.
The role also leverages Generative AI enabled engineering practices, where approved, to improve development efficiency, code quality, documentation, test creation, and delivery effectiveness while applying human judgment and enterprise guardrails.
