We’re looking for an ambitious, analytical and execution-driven skilled to work directly with the founders and help build a high-growth beverage brand.
This is an opportunity to work across strategy, business development, sales, marketing, operations and fundraising. You won’t just make presentations — you’ll help turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive strategic initiatives and high-priority projects.
• Support business planning, financial analysis and performance tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships and distribution channels.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Assist with investor presentations, fundraising and market research.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

Who Should Apply?
• Strong problem-solving,



analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and business research.
• A proactive mindset with a strong bias for action.
• Prior experience in startups, consulting, strategy, FMCG or business operations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Probation & Performance
The role will begin with a 3-month probation period, during which performance, ownership, execution capabilities and overall role suitability will be evaluated.
