Role Description The Store Manager role at Planet Retail Holdings Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory monitoring, merchandising, and ensuring the store environment is clean, safe, and well-organized. This role manages and coaches store staff, sets schedules, and supports performance to meet sales targets and service standards. The Store Manager handles customer escalations, monitors key performance indicators,



and implements loss prevention measures. The position also involves coordinating with regional and corporate teams on promotions, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications

• Solid customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including clear and professional Communication.
• Experience in Store Management, including staffing, operations, and sales oversight.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic store security procedures.
• Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
