Responsibilities:

* Source candidates through various channels (database, job portals, social media).
* Screen candidates, track progress, follow up, and maintain the database.
* Manage daily HR operations.
* Schedule interviews, organize campus drives, and evaluate candidate skills.
* Conduct employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

* Graduate or Post-Graduate degree preferred.
* Excellent communication (fluent English) and convincing skills.
* Talkative, enthusiastic, and creative.
* Proficient in MS Excel.
* Prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred.
