JOB TITLE:
Design Architect/ Interior Designer - 4+ years’ experience

Education qualification – Bachelor or Architecture or Bachelor of Interior Design
Experience required for the role: -

• 3-5 years’ experience in Design Concepts, Space planning & Detail Design Development for
office Interiors.
• And 1-2 years’ experience in Interior BOQ and Coordination of all services.

Roles & Responsibility of the Candidates: -
Primary role:
• Due diligence for Interior fit out purposes. Site measurements to be done for layout purposes and
• help to convert into Auto CAD format.
• Creating Concepts through Mood Boards & Design Sketches for Interior Offices




• Create Space Planning and General Arrangement Plan.
• Create 3 D design as per Design concepts
• Create Design Development and GFC drawings as per Design concepts
• Review All Shop drawings as per detail drawings
• Design coordination layouts of all services in Interiors.
• AutoCAD, Excel, Sketchup & Rendering Proficiency

Secondary role
• Prepare BOQ as per Designs.
• Site Visits
• Working Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety systems for workplace Interiors
