Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Building/ Residential Architect role located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing residential and commercial building layouts, plans, and elevations that align with safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineering teams on integration of fire safety and testing-related systems, preparing detailed drawings and construction documentation, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. The role also involves reviewing project specifications, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting. The Architect will actively participate in client discussions, provide design recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement of architectural practices within the organization.
