Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate with 3-5 years of experience in IT sales to manage and grow our client base in Thane / Mumbai region. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, solution selling, quotation preparation, and closing deals for IT infrastructure products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities for IT products & services - Networking, Servers, Storage, CCTV, Structured Cabling, Firewall, Racks, EPABX,
Access Control, AMC etc.Handle existing clients and generate repeat business through strong relationship management.Conduct client meetings, site surveys, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.Follow up on leads and inquiries from IndiaMART, website, references, and cold calling.Negotiate pricing and close orders to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
Coordinate with Purchase, Logistics & Service team for order execution and timely payment collection.
Maintain client database and update CRM / Excel reports on a daily basis.
Attend exhibitions, market visits, and industry events.Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
