Role Description The Assistant Manager – Operations (Air and Sea) will oversee day-to-day coordination of air and sea freight operations, ensuring shipments are planned, booked, and executed in line with client requirements and company standards. This full-time on-site role,



based in the Greater Delhi Area, includes managing documentation, tracking consignments, and liaising with airlines, shipping lines, transport partners, and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant movement of cargo. The role involves monitoring operational performance, resolving exceptions or delays, and optimizing processes to improve service quality and cost efficiency. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to provide accurate updates, handle queries, and support continuous improvement in operational workflows.
