1. Social Media Engagement & Content
• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Create engaging social media graphics, short reels/videos, and captions aligned with our brand tone.
• Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions promptly.
• Monitor organic performance and track reach, impressions, and engagement metrics.

2. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Support
• Assist in setting up and launching paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily ad performance, budget spend, and basic KPIs like clicks, CTR, leads, and conversions.
• Support ad content creation, copy drafting, and basic audience targeting setups.
• Ensure proper tag and tracking setup (UTM parameters, pixel checks) across active campaigns.

3. Website Maintenance & SEO
• Regularly update website banners, landing page content, and blogs to keep information current.
• Carry out basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks: keyword updates,



meta title/description optimization, image alt tags, and internal linking.
• Perform basic website hygiene checks (ensuring links work, page speeds are fine, and mobile layout looks good).
• Track basic website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

4. Reporting & Coordination
• Help assemble easy weekly/monthly performance reports detailing social reach, ad spending, and web traffic.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, or internal teams to gather assets for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & SkillsRequirements
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hands-on digital marketing or handling social media/ads execution.
• Social Media & Design: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and design tools like Canva.
• Basic Ads Knowledge: Working understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads setup.
• SEO & Web Tools: Basic understanding of Google Analyti
