Role Description

The Architect (Commercial) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading commercial interior architectural projects from initial concept to detailed design, including space planning, layout development, and design documentation.



The Architect will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution, aligning with MaskotPlan’s standardized workflows and cost transparency. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, reviewing site conditions, conducting design reviews, and supporting project timelines and quality standards. The Architect will also contribute to process improvements, integrate technology-driven tools into design workflows, and help build scalable design solutions for multi-location commercial brands.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including commercial space planning and interior detailing.
• Candidates should possess experience with Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and overseeing design implementation.
