Empor is a B2B marketing and CXO engagement company working with global technology brands to design and deliver high-impact campaigns and events. Our operations are driven by tele-calling, CRM systems, marketing tools, and campaign execution platforms.

As we scale, we are looking for someone who can own, manage, and strengthen our entire business technology layer.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize tele-calling infrastructure, including Tata Teleservices, and troubleshoot call connectivity issues, number spamming or flagging, agent-level challenges, call routing, and dialing performance.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for business applications, telemarketing systems, CRM platforms, campaign execution tools, email and WhatsApp platforms, and internal systems.
• Support and maintain business and campaign technology platforms, including MassMailer, Stripo, WhatsApp Business API (WABA), RCS, SMS tools, landing page platforms, and Salesforce from a systems administration perspective.
• Act as the first point of contact for technology-related issues,



diagnosing problems, resolving technical failures, managing access requests, and coordinating with relevant teams or vendors when required.
• Provide technical support to remote tele-calling teams across locations, troubleshoot connectivity and system setup issues, minimize downtime, and develop straightforward SOPs for recurring problems.
• Coordinate with technology and telecom vendors, including Tata Teleservices and SaaS providers, to resolve issues, monitor service quality, review billing, and improve service efficiency.
• Monitor usage, performance, and costs across technology platforms, identify inefficiencies, and recommend opportunities for cost optimization.
• Oversee cloud storage and data management systems, including Azure, SharePoint, and servers, ensuring structured storage, appropriate access permissions, regular backups, and basic disaster recovery readiness.
