About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Collection Supervisor with a strong background in personal loan collections and team management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising collection executives, monitoring recovery performance, achieving collection targets, and ensuring effective follow-up on overdue loan accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise a team of collection executives handling personal loan accounts.
• Monitor daily, weekly,
and monthly collection targets and recovery performance.
• Track overdue accounts, delinquency buckets, and collection efficiency.
• Review team productivity and provide guidance to improve recovery rates.
• Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in resolving collection-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily collection reports, performance trackers, and MIS.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve collection processes and resolve pending cases.
• Ensure all collection activities follow company policies, fair practices, and applicable RBI guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in personal loan collections.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling or collection supervision.
• Hands-on experience managing collection executives and monitoring recovery targets.
