Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a multi discipline Engineering Team and Complex Project scope and Contract Management
• Lead engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual studies and FEED to detailed engineering, procurement support, construction, commissioning, and handover, as applicable.
• Understand and manage the Technical Engineering discipline and associated scope.
• Ensure engineering activities and deliverables comply with the contract, project specifications, design basis, applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify scope gaps, deviations, changes, and potential variations, ensuring they are evaluated and managed through the established change-control process.
• Ensure effective coordination among engineering disciplines and resolve conflicting technical requirements to establish an agreed and practical way forward.
• Ensure timely issuance of engineering instructions, technical decisions,



and design inputs to facilitate uninterrupted progress of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Develop and manage the engineering input to the project schedule and drives the engineering team to comply with the requirements, meet milestone and key performance indicator.
• Ensuring design verification, interdisciplinary reviews, technical compliance, and quality assurance.
• Ensure that the project quality Management system supports deliverable preparation and execution.
• Assume overall ownership of the engineering schedule and progress of each engineering discipline.
• Ensure that the project quality Management system supports deliverable preparation and method execution.
• Understand and managing technical risks, design safety, process safety interfaces, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risk and implement mitigation.
