This is an entry-level role. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for a set of client accounts - managing day-to-day communication, coordinating social media calendars, working with internal creative and tech teams, and making sure every deliverable goes out on time and on brand.

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written and spoken English — clear, confident, and qualified
• Strong attention to detail (the kind that catches a typo before the client does)




• Good with people — you can hold a client relationship and an internal one at the same time
• Organised and calm under pressure — you can juggle multiple accounts without dropping things
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Curiosity about digital marketing — you don’t need to know everything, but you should want to learn

What You’ll Do
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Be the go-to person for your clients — responsive, reliable, and proactive
• Run regular check-ins to track progress against client goals
• Collect, document, and manage briefs and feedback efficiently
• Respond to client queries promptly across WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Handle approvals, reviews, and lead list coordination

Social Media & Content Management
• Build and manage monthly social media calendars across client accounts
• Review creatives and copy to ensure brand consistency before publishing
• Ensure content goes live on schedule acro
