Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and camera-confident Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand across major social media platforms. You will own the entire content creation lifecycle — from brainstorming and scripting to hosting and final post-production— while actively building and nurturing an engaged online community.

Key Responsibilities
• Step out into the field to conduct engaging, humorous, or thought provoking public interviews and vox-pop style videos.
• Research, script, and host interviews with artists, creators, and industry figures, ensuring insightful questions and a relaxed setting.
• Host engaging live sessions (Instagram Live, YouTube Live, etc.) to connect directly with our audience in real time.




• Conceptualize creative ideas and write structured scripts for short- and long-form videos to serve as blueprints for external production teams.
• Manage shoot logistics and direct on-set operations, working alongside external camera operators and crews to capture high-quality footage.
• Partner with agency editors and post-production teams to refine raw footage into high-performing video content complete with visual hooks, trending audio, agile captions, and graphics.
• Actively reply to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to build a strong, loyal online community.
• Create polls, Q&A; sessions, and participatory challenges to increase community retention and engagement.
• Continuously track viral trends, memes, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and timely
