Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Surat. The Telesales Representative will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to explain solar products and services, understand their energy needs, and generate qualified leads. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries,



providing accurate information about rooftop solar solutions, and guiding customers through basic eligibility and pricing discussions. The role involves maintaining call records, updating CRM or sales databases, and following up on leads to support conversions and appointment bookings for the field sales team. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and participate in periodic training to stay updated on product offerings and promotions.
