We are looking for a Key Account Manager – E-commerce / Marketplace who can take ownership of client relationships and drive the day-to-day execution and growth of assigned accounts.

About the Role
This is not a purely coordination-based account management role.





The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between VOILA and its clients, understand their business objectives, coordinate internal teams and ensure that the client's e-commerce business is executed effectively and continuously improved.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with clients, internal teams, marketplace platforms and performance data.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand client business objectives, expectations and priorities.
• Conduct regular client calls and business reviews.
• Maintain strong, qualified and long-term client relationships.
• Handle client queries, escalations and issue resolution.

E-commerce & Marketplace Management
• Manage and monitor client accounts across e-commerce marketplaces.
