Omegarealtech is hiring for Silhara, a luxury villa project of private residences in the Sahyadris, developed by Omega. The company is building a buyer-facing sales process around qualified digital enquiries, responsive communication, informed site visits, and compliant transaction management. The role is based from the company’s Nariman Point office and supports buyer engagement for the Khalapur project. The team works across marketing, sales, legal, and finance to move qualified buyers from initial enquiry through meetings, site visits, token booking, and agreement for sale. Candidates will join a project workplace where accurate information, disciplined follow-up, CRM visibility, and buyer trust are central to commercial performance. The company expects sales communication to remain aligned with approved project materials and applicable Maharashtra real estate requirements.

About the Role
As Sales Lead, you will own the conversion of qualified digital enquiries into office meetings, Khalapur site visits, token bookings, and signed agreements for sale. You will be the primary buyer contact from first response through transaction completion, using WhatsApp, phone, email, meetings, site walkthroughs, CRM discipline, and structured follow-up as your operating levers. Success means responding within two hours during business hours, qualifying buyer intent and fit, building a visible pipeline, and converting serious buyers without compromising accuracy or compliance.
