About the RoleWe are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination between clients and our internal creative teams.
The ideal candidate should understand social media workflows, be comfortable communicating with clients, and ensure that content moves smoothly from briefing to execution and publishing.
This is primarily a coordination and execution role, not a content creation or design position.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients for day-to-day requirements.
• Collect briefs, feedback, approvals and necessary content inputs.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal team.
• Follow up proactively on pending approvals and deliverables.
• Maintain professional, timely and clear client communication.

2. Internal Team Coordination
• Coordinate with graphic designers,



video editors, copywriters and social media executives.
• Translate client requirements into explicit, actionable briefs.
• Assign tasks and track progress against agreed timelines.
• Ensure revisions and feedback are communicated accurately.
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate them promptly.

3. Content Calendar & Publishing
• Maintain and update monthly content calendars.
• Track content status from ideation to approval and publishing.
• Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure captions, hashtags, tags, links and publishing formats are accurate.
• Monitor scheduled posts to ensure timely execution.

4. Quality Control & Reporting
• Conduct basic quality checks for spelling, formatting, branding and completeness before client submissions.
• Ensure all client feedback is incorporated before final delivery.
