Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Steward & Captain role based in Mumbai. The Steward & Captain is responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, including welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and providing attentive table service throughout the visit. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, managing order taking and delivery,



and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations. The Steward & Captain supports guest satisfaction by responding to queries, addressing concerns, and promoting menu items and specials. The role also includes assisting with team briefings, following hygiene and safety standards, and upholding Mirah Hospitality’s service and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and qualified hospitality standards.
