Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end experience of prospective and enrolled learners at the Kollam center in an on-site, full-time capacity.



This role includes guiding inquiries and admissions, managing student interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues with a focus on quality service. The manager will coordinate with academic, operations, and placement teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs, accurate information sharing, and consistent follow-up. Daily tasks include supervising front-office activities, maintaining records in CRM or internal systems, preparing regular reports on learner satisfaction and feedback, and supporting marketing and outreach initiatives. The role also involves implementing customer service policies, training staff on communication standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of the learner experience.
