About the Role:

Optiminastic is an 8-year-old, tech-driven marketing and advertising company combining creativity, data, automation, AI, and technology to deliver impactful solutions for brands. We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Next.js and TypeScript and a working knowledge of Python and backend development. The ideal candidate should have built practical projects beyond basic CRUD applications and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and technical fundamentals.

You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to build and optimize web applications, integrate APIs, manage databases, and contribute to scalable solutions involving AI, automation, and real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities:
