Role Description The Business Development - Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects through calls, meetings, and digital outreach. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client needs, presenting company solutions, preparing proposals,



and following up to close deals. The role also requires maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
