HR Recruiter
Location: Bhiwandi, Thane
Industry: Retail Interior Design / Furniture Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Job Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, white-collar, and technical positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, consultants, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with selected candidates for documentation, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure successful joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports.
• Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Support employee engagement and other HR activities when required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Solid coordination and time-management skills.

Qualification & Experience
• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, retail interior, or engineering industries will be preferred.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview)
