What you'll do:

Role Overview

Own the end-to-end expansion and optimization of the E-Pump network, ensuring the right locations are developed at the right cost, speed, and quality. The role will work closely with Business, Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive network growth and asset optimization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Network Expansion

• Partner with the Business team to identify demand, network gaps, and expansion requirements
• Own the expansion pipeline and roadmap aligned with the overall hub and network strategy
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new E-Pump locations

End-to-End Project Ownership





• Own the complete expansion lifecycle from demand identification → site identification → feasibility → approvals → development → commissioning → E-Pump opening
• Drive projects to meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and launch targets
• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively

Cost & Commercial Management

• Own the overall cost of expansion and ensure delivery within approved budgets
• Drive cost optimization across real estate, infrastructure, civil, electrical, and other site-development activities
• Establish cost benchmarks and track project-level spends and deviations

Network & Asset Optimization

• Lead relocations, consolidations, and site changes based on the hub and network strategy
• Manage the real-estate lifecycle for new and existing E-Pumps
• Drive effective utilization, refurbishment, replacement, and redeployment of assets

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Work closely with Busi
