Role Description The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure consistently high cleanliness and presentation standards.



Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, assigning and reviewing work schedules, conducting inspections, and maintaining inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies. The role involves coordinating with Front Office and other departments to handle guest requests, resolve service issues, and prepare rooms and venues for events. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager also helps with staff training, performance feedback, adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, and implementation of standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
