Role Description The Finance Associate role at Beta is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. This role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements and reports. The Finance Associate helps with monthly and quarterly closing activities, reconciliations, and basic accounting entries.



They collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with internal controls. The role also requires gathering and analyzing financial information, preparing management reports, and communicating key insights to stakeholders in a transparent, structured manner.
