Role Overview

We are looking for skilled AI Forward Engineers who can work on client assignments and help organizations design, build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have solid programming fundamentals, practical experience with modern AI technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Candidates must be comfortable working in client-facing engineering environments, collaborating with distributed teams, participating in technical discussions,



and adapting to different project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative AI Development: Build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and RAG solutions.
• Agentic AI: Develop AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and intelligent business process automation.
• Application Engineering: Build AI applications and backend APIs using Python, FastAPI, and relevant frameworks.
• Enterprise Integration: Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, ERP/CRM systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy, test, monitor, and optimize AI applications across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Client Delivery: Understand client requirements, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions.
