Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients in the corporate and education sectors.



Responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client requirements, presenting Think Exam’s assessment solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure. The role involves preparing proposals, participating in client meetings and demos, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing ongoing client support to drive retention and upselling. The specialist will also track performance metrics, report on business development activities, and contribute insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
