Job Summary

The Design Engineer is responsible for the design, development, modification,



and documentation of pumps and pump components to meet customer, OEM, and industry requirements. The role involves mechanical design, technical calculations, drawing preparation, and coordination with production, quality, and sales teams to ensure manufacturable, reliable, and cost‑effective pump designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Design and develop centrifugal / gear / process pumps and related components
• Prepare GA drawings, detail drawings, BOMs, and technical datasheets
• Perform basic design calculations for hydraulics, shaft sizing, bearings, seals, and materials
• Modify existing designs based on customer requirements, field feedback, or cost optimization
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, company specifications, and quality requirements

Technical Support & Coordination

• Provide technical support to sales, tendering, production, and service teams
