Conga CLM Developer JD:
Experience: 5+ years
Qualifications :
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Conga CLM developer.
• Conga CLM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Contract Management Lifecycle process.
• Must have Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Experience in developing Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce based on specific requirements.
• Experience in developing custom user interfaces including Visualforce and Lightning components.
• Experience in Rest and SOAP based integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including maintaining code documentation.
• Experience with integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce.
• Experience working in a scrum/agile setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
• Build software applications using relevant development languages and applying knowledge of systems, services, and tools appropriate for the business area.




• Write readable and reusable code by applying standard patterns and libraries.
• Refactor and simplify code by introducing design patterns as necessary.
• Ensure application quality by adhering to standard testing techniques and methods.
• Maintain data security, integrity, and quality by following company standards and best practices.
• Actively monitor application health and performance, setting and tracking relevant metrics.
• Mitigate risks and ensure business continuity through appropriate documentation and practices.
• Address and resolve live production issues, minimizing customer impact within SLA.
• Advise product teams on technical solutions that meet both functional and architectural requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance performance.
