Role Description
The Key Account Manager for Smart Manufacturing Platform and solutions is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within region and grow specific vertical all India. This role requires a deep understanding of smart manufacturing technologies, a solid knowledge of the manufacturing industry, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients. The Senior Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal (Customer Success, Subject Matter Expert, IoT Application Engineering team) and external (Chief Digital Officer, Plant Head, Mechanical, Reliability, Process and Electrical Head) stakeholders to drive the adoption of smart manufacturing solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.

Job Profile
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and selling the company's solutions to key clients. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new enterprise clients.
• Client Relationship Management:



Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the enterprise sector. Serve as the primary point of contact and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling. Work with clients to align their business objectives with the company's products and services.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Coordinate resources to address client needs and deliver commitments.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work with internal teams to enhance the company's offerings and service delivery.
