Brief Description

Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Location: Pune (On-Site – 4 Days Per Week + 1 WFH)

Ready to move beyond narrow ServiceNow roles and build solutions that run real-world operations?

At ESP Global Services, senior ServiceNow consultants don’t just configure modules — they design, build, and own end-to-end solutions that operate in some of the world’s most demanding environments.

If you’re looking for deeper technical ownership, broader catalogue exposure, and the chance to work on a ServiceNow-powered product used in live airport operations, this role offers what larger consultancies often can’t: visibility, influence, and accelerated technical growth.

This is a hands-on, office-based role in Pune (4 days per week), ideal for experienced ServiceNow professionals who want to make a visible and lasting impact.

Why Senior Consultants Choose ESP

In Many Large Organisations, Senior ServiceNow Engineers Are Still

• Confined to a single catalogue or workstream
• Focused on delivery tasks rather than solution design
• Removed from real customer and operational environments

At ESP, You Will

• Design solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and Integrations
• Work on AirportNow, ESP’s patented ServiceNow-powered platform for airports
• Influence architectural decisions and platform strategy
• Collaborate directly with business analysts, architects, and global stakeholders
• Own the full lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, support

This is a role for professionals who want to be trusted technical leaders, not just delivery resources.
