Job Summary
Qnovate, an SAP Gold Partner, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support enterprise
sales and demand generation. The role will focus on prospecting, lead qualification, and building a strong sales pipeline for
SAP solutions and related enterprise technology services. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience and the ability
to engage business stakeholders across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research target enterprise accounts and potential customers for Qnovate’s SAP solutions and services.
• Drive outbound prospecting and demand generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, fit, budget, and buying intent.
• Engage with key business stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and other decision-makers, to introduce Qnovate’s
value proposition.
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the enterprise sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information in the CRM or sales tracking system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the early sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and relevant teams to support outreach plans, campaigns, and deal progression.
• Track outreach activity, lead conversion, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution against assigned targets.
• Stay informed about Qnovate’s SAP portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA / Cloud ERP, SAP Customer Experience (CX), and
related enterprise solutions.
Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B, inside sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer engagement.
