Job Purpose

To develop, configure, test and support secure, scalable and maintainable ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions for IT Compliance by translating approved functional requirements into platform workflows, integrations, reports and technical components while adhering to coding, security, change and audit standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities for policy and compliance, risk, audit, controls, issues, exceptions, evidence, remediation and related IT Compliance workflows based on approved requirements and technical designs.

• Configure tables, forms, fields, views, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, script includes, ACLs, notifications, scheduled jobs, Flow Designer flows, subflows and reusable actions.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, data sources and approved authentication and integration patterns.
• Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into technical tasks, estimates,



configuration or code changes, unit-test cases, deployment notes and support documentation.
• Perform unit testing, peer-review remediation and technical validation; support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect fixing, release validation and post-production verification.
• Analyze application defects, integration failures, access issues, data discrepancies and performance concerns; identify root causes and implement controlled fixes within agreed timelines.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, data checks and scheduled monitoring required for risk, compliance, audit and management reporting.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards, scoped-application practices, role-based access, secure coding, data privacy, audit trail, source control, change management and release governance requirements.
