Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Haridwar. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating production or warehousing activities, tracking performance metrics,



and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. The role involves supervising team members, allocating tasks, and maintaining effective communication across departments to meet operational targets and timelines. The Assistant Manager will assist in process optimization, documentation, reporting, and implementation of standard operating procedures. The role also includes supporting senior management in planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong operational and coordination skills, with experience in managing teams and daily workflows in manufacturing or warehousing environments.
• Knowledge of quality, compliance, and safety standards relevant to FMCG, healthcare, herbal, or related industries.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making through structured problem-solving
