Role SummaryMatrix Geo Solutions Limited is looking for proactive, target-oriented Business Development professionals to identify and develop business opportunities across multiple infrastructure sectors, including Railways, Water Resources, Power & Energy, Roads & Highways, Urban Infrastructure, and Mining. The role focuses on generating leads, developing client relationships, identifying upcoming projects, and promoting the company’s GIS, Surveying, Drone/UAV, LiDAR, Mapping, Remote Sensing, Inspection, and Geospatial Data Solutions.
Candidates with experience in B2B/B2G sales, infrastructure business development, government and PSU client handling, or engineering consultancy are encouraged to apply.

2. Key Responsibilities· Identify and develop new business opportunities across railway, water, power, road, urban infrastructure, and mining sectors.
· Generate leads and build relationships with government departments, PSUs, private companies, EPC contractors, consultants, developers, and infrastructure organisations.
· Identify upcoming projects, client requirements,



business opportunities, and potential customers in assigned sectors.
· Promote the company’s GIS, surveying, drone, LiDAR, mapping, inspection, and other geospatial services.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and business discussions to understand requirements and develop opportunities.
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, client database, and regular business development reports.
· Coordinate with technical, presales, and project teams to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
· Track relevant tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and infrastructure project announcements as part of opportunity development.
· Develop long-term client relationships, explore repeat business, and support lead conversion and order closure.
· Achieve assigned lead-generation, client-engagement, revenue, and business development targets.
