Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining Thikedaar.Com’s services,



and understanding customer requirements related to home construction and design. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in the CRM system. The Telesales Executive will coordinate with the sales and operations teams to schedule appointments, share proposals, and support customers throughout the initial consultation process. Daily responsibilities also involve meeting call targets, achieving conversion goals, and providing courteous, solution-oriented support to ensure a positive customer experience.
