Role Description This full time, on-site Operation Executive role is based in Thrissur and focuses on supporting day-to-day operational activities for pest control services. The Operation Executive will coordinate service schedules, ensure timely deployment of technicians,



and monitor service quality in line with company standards and customer commitments. The role includes tracking operational performance, supporting reporting and documentation, and assisting in implementing safety and compliance procedures. The Operation Executive will collaborate closely with service teams, sales, and customer support to resolve operational issues, improve efficiency, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. The position requires proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to Rentokil PCI’s service and safety protocols.
