About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Head to lead and shape the creative direction of our brand across digital, social, campaigns, and product storytelling. You’ll own the brand’s visual and narrative identity, lead a team of designers and content creators, and make sure every piece of creative reflects a premium, cohesive brand voice.
What You’ll Do
• Define and own the brand’s creative vision, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, motion graphics artists, and content creators
• Conceptualize and oversee campaigns end to end, from ideation to final delivery, across social media, digital ads, e-commerce, and offline collateral
• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative output with business goals and brand positioning
• Review and approve all creative deliverables for quality,



consistency, and brand fit before release
• Stay ahead of design, fashion, and luxury and jewellery trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive
• Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects
• Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and creative frameworks that scale
• Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and production houses as needed

What You Bring
• 8+ years of experience in a creative role, including 3+ years managing a creative team
• Experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brand storytelling (preferred)
• A strong portfolio showing leadership across branding, campaigns, and multi-format content (photography, digital, print)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and a positive eye for design across mediums
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
