Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated HR Technology Consultant to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary HR tech liaison.
• Train HR staff and employees on system functionalities and updates.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Extensive experience configuring and managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).




• Ability to translate complex HR processes into automated system workflows.
• Solid background in HR data analytics and reporting.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
