Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Sales Associate will handle inquiries from walk-in and referred customers, provide information on tour packages, ticketing, hotel bookings, and car/coach rental services,



and prepare customized travel proposals and quotations. Responsibilities include converting leads into bookings, maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM systems, coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and following up on payments and documentation. The role involves building long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to revenue and customer satisfaction targets for the branch.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand traveler needs and offer suitable solutions.
