Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the sales pipeline,



and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients across residential and commercial property segments. The individual will conduct market research, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions using Square Yards’ product and service portfolio. Daily responsibilities include coordinating property visits, negotiating terms, closing transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in collaboration with internal teams. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback to management on market trends and competitive activity.
