Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound US PPC calls related to domestic and international flight bookings.
• Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight options.
• Convert inquiries into sales while achieving individual revenue targets.
• Assist customers with reservations, fare quotations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Follow up on leads to maximize booking conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.

Requirements
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in US travel sales.
• Mandatory experience handling US PPC flight booking calls.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and conversion targets.
• Strong knowledge of flight booking processes and fare calculations.
• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US timings).
