Role Description
Rainbow Group of Companies is seeking a full-time, on-site Brand Alliances Manager to join its team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with corporate organizations, brand partners, and friendship schools to strengthen brand visibility, drive student admissions, create mutually beneficial collaborations, and generate revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills,



along with the ability to identify new partnership opportunities and build long-term strategic relationships that support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and establish strategic alliances with corporate organizations, consumer brands, and friendship schools.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that support student admissions, brand visibility, revenue generation, and business growth.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing alliance partners to ensure long-term engagement and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Identify and explore collaboration opportunities, including employee advantages programs, corporate tie-ups, cross-promotional campaigns, school-to-school partnerships, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Prepare customized partnership proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
