THE ROLE

We are looking for a candidate who can handle student enquiries, make outbound calls, counsel prospective students, and convert leads into confirmed paid admissions.

This role is not about making calls just to complete a calling target. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn conversations into conversions.

* Work towards admission and revenue targets.
* Maintain professional communication with prospective students and parents.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Solid telecalling and lead-conversion skills are a must.
* Experience in EdTech sales, educational counselling, inside sales, or admissions conversion is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
* Ability to build trust with prospects and close sales over the phone.
* Target-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
* Comfortable working with lead databases, follow-up systems, and basic CRM or spreadsheets.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
