Role Description
This is a full-time, at location role of Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves strategising the entire marketing plan in order to increase online sales. This includes strategy, content creation and editing, managing social media platforms, performance marketing, influencer marketing, website backend management, analysis and reports of all platforms and working closely with the founder regarding new designs and launches.





Key Responsibilites:
• Digital strategy - Create the annual and quarterly online marketing plan, mapped to product launches, seasons and sales targets.
• Drive revenue - Set clear KPIs - traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on ad spend. - and be accountable for hitting them.
• Content strategy and creation - Plan the monthly content calender, art-direct and edit photo/video content - flat lays, lookbooks, reels, stories, etc that reflects our aesthetic and converts.
• Campaigns and launches - Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across social, paid ads, email/SMS, and influencer partnerships, from awareness to targetting.
• Community management - Monitor comments and DM's, respond in brand and grow an engaged, loyal audience.
